  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Centre IT Support Engineer at KG Sowers Group Pte Ltd in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for technical support, system administration, troubleshooting, and help desk support on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
  • Technical Support and System Administration skills
  • Information Technology and Troubleshooting abilities
  • Experience in Help Desk Support
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Certifications in relevant IT fields are a plus
  • Experience in IT support services or similar roles
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
