Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for a Client Support Specialist. The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling sales operations and communicating with clients and other internal staff. The role is located in Seri Kembangan.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers with the aim of generating interest in the product or services offered
- Provide timely and courteous responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
- Meet and surpass the sales quotas established by the company.
Order Processing:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the fulfillment and shipping departments to ensure on-time delivery.
Sales Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Assist sales representatives in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.
Qualifications
- Min. requirement of Higher Secondary/ STPM/ Diploma or Degree and equivalent in Sales or Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing Management or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Required Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Independent, self-motivated & good in time management.
