Sales:
- Attending walk-in and enquiry by customer, monitoring and tracking customer engagement in the showroom
- Assist the Sales Executives in explaining product and technical information of the various car models to customers / potential customers
- Assist the Sales Executives during the hand-over of new cars to customers
- Liaise with Principal for product and technical specifications of cars Impart knowledge on product and technical information to Sales Executives to keep them updated
- To coordinate all sales activities such as showroom events, CRM events, MBM events, road-shows and carnivals To participate during daily or weekly meeting together with sales team
Training & Development:
- To participate during in-house training and MBM training as and when required
- To provide retail operation and product updates either from MBM or CCB Retail Operations
- To participate in regular Product Expert forum via bi-monthly meeting (nationwide)
- To coordinate on join event with MBM or Marketing Department where Product Expert’s involvement is required – big scale event
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- A background in automotive sales or technical training would be an advantage.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a customer-facing role such as product expert, sales consultant, or technical advisor.
- Comprehensive product knowledge of car models, technical specifications, and automotive trends
- Ability to conduct training sessions for Sales Executives, imparting product knowledge and keeping the team updated.
