They are seeking for a highly skilled Web3 Social Media Senior to oversee and execute the social media strategy with a primary focus on Twitter and Discord.

Job Description

You will develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy for Twitter and Discord, aligning with the company’s branding and goals. Your responsibilities include creating and curating engaging content, managing and tracking social media campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), and actively engaging with the community through posts, announcements, and AMAs. You'll oversee a team of remote moderators, ensuring high standards of community interaction, while managing Discord servers and channels to foster an organized, vibrant space. Additionally, you'll implement strategies to grow Twitter engagement, and collaborate with influencers to boost visibility. Staying updated on gaming, blockchain, and Web3 trends, you will also be responsible for handling crisis management, ensuring timely and effective responses to any negative feedback or potential crises.

Qualifications to succeed:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the gaming or blockchain industries. They should have proven experience managing and growing communities on Twitter and Discord, creating traceable campaigns, and reporting on their success. Experience in managing remote moderators and community teams, as well as a strong understanding of gaming culture, Web3, NFTs, and blockchain technologies, is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, with the ability to craft compelling messages and utilize social media analytics tools to track performance and optimize strategies. The candidate should also possess strong leadership abilities, a creative mindset for developing engaging content, and fluency in English, with Mandarin proficiency as a plus.
