  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

  • Keep track on the weekly incoming shipment of CKD and MSP containers, create the container tracking report for call-in planning.
  • Issue the Request of Transportation (ROT) to the appointed transporters based on call-in schedule advised by plants.
  • Communicate with plant on weekly call-in plan to ensure timely release of ROT to haulage transporters.
  • Follow-up customs clearance status, to ensure timely issuance of gatepass to haulage for daily planned deliveries.
  • Generate gatepass from Port system to assigned transporters in ROT.
  • Monitor transporter delivery performance and coordinate the transportation operation.
  • Schedule the monthly container delivery performance review meeting.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and follow-up on action items discussed in meeting.
  • Work with plant on the monthly forecast volume for export of returnable racks.
  • Place booking for export shipment with appointed shipping lines.
  • Issuance of export ROT to haulage transporters.
  • Update maximum gross weight (MGW) in port system for export shipments.
