  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Attending to inbound, live chats and emails
  • Respond to customers' general queries, complaints/feedbacks in a timely and accurate way
  • Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their cable subscriptions, cable tv plans, contract, cable/tv devices and monthly payments issues
  • Manage customer complaints and feedbacks accordingly

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • No experience needed.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Excellent command of English in both verbal and written communication.

Working Hour:

  • Rotational Shifts
  • First shift starts at: 8am
  • Last shift ends at: 11pm (no graveyard/midnight shift)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
