Senior Manager (Warehouse Design & Delivery)

Position: Senior Manager

Reporting to: General Manager, Consulting

Location: Klang Valley. Work from home (but at client sites or LCAS office as required)

Role:

1. Estimate project CAPEX and OPEX to support financial planning.
2. Lead warehouse design, set-up & operational commissioning projects, inclusive of:

• Maintaining project management disciplines
• Coordination with the client, construction project managers and LCAS specialists assigned to the project
• Business requirements comprehension & documentation of project goals
• System requirements specifications
• Data collection, analysis and presentation
• Warehouse concept design & equipment specifications
• CAPEX and OPEX estimates
• Design development & detailing
• Develop informative & persuasive presentations
• Process analytics & mapping
• Coordination of property specialists and equipment/automation vendors
• Solution execution coordination

Anticipated development path:

Progressive development of consulting skills, project management & team management capabilities in order to progress towards the business leadership team

Travel frequency estimate:

As required by company & client projects.

Effort:

85% Running consulting projects

5% Developing superior analytics, presentational & delivery tools

5% Working with the senior team on strategy & tactics

5% Supporting sales & marketing
