• Oversee daily operations of the hotpot restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to optimize restaurant efficiency.
• Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profit margins, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is maintained.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and coordinate with suppliers.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
• Schedule staff effectively to meet business needs while ensuring optimal labor costs.
• Engage with customers.
• Implement customer feedback mechanisms.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

• 3 years and above experience as a Restaurant Manager, highly preferable in a hotpot restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of budget management, financial analysis, and cost control.
• Excellent inventory management skills with a focus on minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels.
• Passion for the food industry and commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience.
