Key Responsibilities

Company Documentation and Verification

-Coordinating the certification of company documents (notarized and apostilled), as well as creating internal policies when requested by a notary public.

Client Onboarding and Due Diligence

- Managing client onboarding through third-party platform, reviewing client credentials, identifying red flags, and conducting investigations as needed.

-Approving or rejecting client applications based on the results of these investigations and regulatory compliance.

Compliance and Reporting

-Preparing and reviewing monthly and quarterly compliance reports for Alchemy Global Ltd, ensuring that client profiles are up-to-date and activity is correctly recorded and reported to internal teams.

Folder and Document Management

-Ensuring the proper organization of client documents and folders to facilitate easy access for review by relevant parties.

Operations Support

-Supporting the operations team by updating client information for FXIFY and assisting with setting accounts live.

-Coordinating with team in Cyprus to ensure backup support for operational needs.

Ad-Hoc Tasks

-Taking on additional tasks and duties assigned by senior management, contributing to the overall smooth functioning of the team.

Key Requirements

Mid-Level Onboarding Specialist: Experience in client onboarding, particularly within the financial and forex sectors.

Compliance & KYC Expertise: Knowledge and experience in reviewing compliance and KYC reports.

Corporate Account Management: Understanding of corporate accounts and associated regulatory requirements.

Banking/Brokerage Experience: Prior experience in a banking or brokerage environment, with knowledge of industry-specific regulations.

Working Schedule

Monday to Friday (10AM - 7PM)

Hybrid Schedule (Wednesday Work From Home)
