Job Summary

  • To support the sales team and assist in making the sales process run more

smoothly.

  • Works closely with the sales team and support in managing customer orders and

inquiries.

  • Help in administrative tasks, such as generating, organising and managing related

documents, like quotation price, purchase orders, invoices, and sales reports.

  • Ensure that paperwork is accurate and up-to-date for a smooth sales process.

Communicate with customers, answer customer inquiries or requests, provide

product information, and assist with order placements. Handle customer

complaints when necessary and help resolve any issues that may arise.

General Responsibilities

  • Generating, organising and managing documents such as quotation price,

purchase orders, sales order and invoices for company, customer, and supplier.

  • Handling government e-perolehan system in submitting tender and after sales

documents.

  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of sales paperwork and records.
  • Communicating with customers to answer inquiries, provide product information,

and assist with order placements.

  • Communicating with local supplier in order to provide product quotation and

delivery arrangement to end-user customer.

  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly when necessary.
  • Supporting the sales team by providing administrative assistance.
  • Assisting with the preparation of sales exhibition, seminar/CME materials.
  • Maintaining the sales database or customer relationship management.
  • Coordinating with logistic and customer to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Monitoring and reporting sales performance and activities to the sales team or

management.

  • Providing general sales support and assisting with sales-related projects or

initiatives.

  • Ensuring eIective communication and coordination between various

departments involved in the sales process.

Education, Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Life Science field or business administration or

relevant field

  • Good computer skills (MS OIice); experience in handling accounting system will

be considered a plus

  • Good command in English, both written and spoken
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other

administrative positions will be considered a plus

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:
