  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Randstad is proud to announce our collaboration with a SSC for the FP&A team's expansion.

We are currently looking for Financial Analyst, who will report to the Financial Controller to support Malaysia office's budgeting, forecasting, financial statement commentaries etc.

About The Job
  • Provide daily and weekly sales updates to stakeholders and support the sales team with margin analysis for project sales.
  • Handle business sales reporting, including reporting, and calculate sales volume-mix and price effects.
  • Calculate monthly production costs, analyzing volume mix impact, material price, and productivity
  • Identify non-moving and slow-moving inventory, calculating provisions as per Group guidelines
  • Assist in the monthly close process by analyzing trends, comparing standard vs. actual costs, and reconciling financial transactions
  • Prepare monthly sales, gross margin analysis reports, and assist with Management Business Reporting (MBR)
  • Collaborate with the Shared Service accounting team for accurate financial reporting and perform financial statement analysis
  • Analyze financial data, providing insights and trends to stakeholders, and conduct margin and price effect analysis for new projects and pricing models
  • Collaborate with internal finance teams and cross-functional departments to add value to the company
  • Assist the Country Financial Controller with forecasting and budget planning, including preparing budget CapEx files and supporting budget transfer ratio exercises
  • Generate marketing reports on sales and profitability

it'll be good if you are

  • Degree in Finance & Accounting with 5 years of manufacturing industry experience
  • Having strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in Power BI, Excel Macro, SQL, VBA
  • experienced in SAP
  • Possessing strong sense of internal control and business
