We currently looking for TALENTS like you to join as a Customer Service Executive. You will be mainly responsible for providing customer enquiries and set appointment for customers via social media (Facebook/instagram/Whatsapp)

We do not need you to be an expert in the industry because we are willing to train and guide you. But hey, these traits are still much appreciated: detail-oriented, customer-service oriented, good communication skills.

Job Descriptions

Base in office, mainly focus set new appointments for customers via phone call or social media (Facebook/ Instagram/ WhatsApp, etc)

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information pertaining to client queries.

Identify, assess customers’ needs and render assistance to achieve satisfaction pertaining to their services with the company.

Handle and assist clients with their appointment

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Follow up with customers to garnered feedbacks for service improvements.

Keep records of necessary customer interactions and enter all information required into the company database and official WA group chats.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Hold high esteem for the quality of your work and ensure all work is done and completed according to the set-out timeline.
