Responsibilities:

  • Act as a bridge between the iBaaS business team, the local market IT team, and our iBaaS technology partner to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Coordinate engagement and activities between our partners' IT team, the local market IT team, and our iBaaS technology partner to support the implementation and maintenance of the iBaaS platform.
  • Collaborate with product owners, iBaaS partners, and other teams to gather, prioritise, and deliver business and regulatory requirements on the iBaaS regional platform.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on the end-to-end solution being implemented, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Partner with in-country product owners and IT teams to identify and address integration requirements for their existing technology stack (e.g., reporting, reconciliation, eKYC), ensuring seamless interoperability with the iBaaS platform.
  • Manage self-serve application/solution configuration based on guidance provided by the appointed technology partner, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established standards.
  • Handle parameterised configuration changes on the iBaaS platform, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols and standards.
  • Provide support for pre-deployment activities, including solution testing, validation, and user acceptance testing, to ensure readiness for production deployment.
  • Coordinate production deployment activities, including testing, validation, and deployment planning, to ensure smooth and efficient implementation.
  • Facilitate go-live activities, including training sessions, user support, and troubleshooting, to ensure a smooth transition to the live environment.
  • Provide live implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical challenges to minimise disruptions and ensure optimal platform performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and compliance, to address platform-related requirements and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements to optimise the performance and usability of the iBaaS platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT, Engineering, or related fields
  • Masters or relevant advanced degree/certification is a plus
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in business IT managing APIs and/or related technologies at scale

Competencies:

  • Relevant experience in the following technologies: API Gateways / API Portals/ Middleware / Cloud infrastructure/ Security (SSL, JWT, JKS, OAuth, SAML, Threat Protection, Cryptography, WS-Security)/ Dev Sec Ops
  • Experience in agile delivery, product design and development
  • Experience in business projections, financial modeling
  • Demonstrated success in launching and managing API & SDK products in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
  • Experience in a platform development or technology manager role for large/complex projects involving multiple technologies
  • Experience in working with multiple internal and external stakeholders/ partners to build and launch solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong and assertive communicator in speaking and writing
  • Strong understanding of BaaS B2B2C business models, financial products, and services
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the financial services industry
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Experienced in Agile and Customer Experience (CX) methodologies and practices
