Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at JustMarkets in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and overall recruiting efforts to attract top talent to the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Use ATS to keep track of candidate applications, update candidate statuses, and maintain recruitment records
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to enhance talent acquisition efforts
Requirements
- At least 3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition
- Proficiency in using sourcing techniques and platforms
- Knowledge of core values assessment methods (e.g., competency-based interviewing, STAR), and industry-specific talent acquisition strategies
- Knowledge of candidates assessment methods
- Results orientation: ability to meet recruitment targets, deadlines, and metrics while maintaining high-quality standards
- Adaptability, problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
