We are looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our team.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at JustMarkets in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and overall recruiting efforts to attract top talent to the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Use ATS to keep track of candidate applications, update candidate statuses, and maintain recruitment records
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to enhance talent acquisition efforts

Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition
• Proficiency in using sourcing techniques and platforms
• Knowledge of core values assessment methods (e.g., competency-based interviewing, STAR), and industry-specific talent acquisition strategies
• Knowledge of candidates assessment methods
• Results orientation: ability to meet recruitment targets, deadlines, and metrics while maintaining high-quality standards
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
