Responsibilities:
- Manage all quality department operational metrics and drive continuous improvement including quality control, FA Lab, QMS and EHS.
- Support in meeting customer/ product quality expectations and requirement.
- Strong leadership, MR role and leading a team of Quality Engineer and personnel.
- Development of Quality improvement strategy and target.
- Supporting customer audits and customer visits including Lead online audit, buy-off and validation of process flow on newly setup line or project transfer.
- Lead in ISO certification in plant and work with cross functional team on the readiness.
- Support various quality related issue and ensure not impact to production schedule.
- Good problem-solving skill and statistical quality tool to ensure the effectiveness of improvement.
- Interfacing with customer on quality related topics, 8D, continuous improvement and develop quality plan.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures. (i.e Health, Safety & Quality)
- Lead in qualification of company quality plan to ensure fulfill of company goal and exceed customer requirement.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Degree in Electronics, Mechanical or equivalent.
- At least 10 year (s) of working experience in EMS environment.
- Preferably Manager from EMS background, SFA, COB and well verse in Mandarin, English and Malay.
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing in ISO certification, lead auditor and QMS requirement.
- Lead 6 sigma, PCBA and IPC knowledge are added value.
- Understanding and interpretation of engineering drawing.
- Independent, team player, leadership and accountability is very important of this role.
