As a Telesales Executive, your main responsibilities are; but not limited to:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and current customers from existing databases.
  • Identify and target key decision-makers within automotive repair shops and dealerships.
  • Search and identify all automotive repair shops across Malaysia and turn them into customers.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, requirements, and purchasing potential.
  • Highlight how products can solve customer’s problems, enhance vehicle performance , and provide cost- effective solutions.
  • Overcome objections and address concerns to guide prospects toward making a purchase decision.
  • Assist customers in placing orders over the phone, ensuring accuracy in product selection, quantities and pricing.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the Company.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status through CRM.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to product improvements and marketing strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
