Requirements
- 6 days work per week, working hours is 8 am-6 pm, we close on all major public holidays.
- A hardworking person with strong self-discipline and proactive in learning.
- Fresh graduates / Candidates with no working experience can also apply as complete training will be provided.
Responsibility
- Bake cakes, whipped cream & layer cakes following the recipe given by the chef.
- Decorate & pack cakes to ensure they are nicely presentable.
- Assist production manager in festive new menu creation including crepe cake, cheesecake, sponge cake, buttercream cake & fondant cake.
- Plan daily production, monitor stocks & maintain kitchen cleanliness.
