Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and propose targeted learning solutions.
- Implement various learning initiatives and solutions according to established plans and policies.
- Develop and maintain training policies, process flow documentation, and a learning repository.
- Design and develop induction training framework.
- Conduct training programs to upskill and reskill employees as required.
- Measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and produce insightful reports to inform decision-making.
- Handle end-to-end learning operational tasks.
- Guide junior team members in executing daily tasks, providing support as needed.
- Stay up to date with current practices, training methods, and learning technologies.
- Perform other job duties or projects as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organization Development, or related fields.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of learning theories and models.
- Proven experience in end-to-end learning operations management and team guidance.
- Familiarity with training policy development and documentation.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Proficient in utilizing Learning Management System (LMS) and authoring tools is a plus.
