  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

IT MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving defects;
  • To diagnose and resolve basic to intermediate issues and collaborate to resolve urgent or complex issues;
  • To manage timely responses and expectations with customers and maintain issue logs and incident reports;
  • To maintain documentation related to software applications, including user manuals, knowledge base, FAQs and technical guides;
  • To monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions for optimization;
  • To stay up-to-date with technological innovations and best practices in software development.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent;
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience;
  • Strong competency in:-
  • - C# .NET. NET Core, Web API development, Web development using Angular;
  • - SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle DB, MySQL).
  • Strong technical knowledge of various IT technology & architecture of systems;
  • Sound knowledge treasury product and other banking product features;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

  • car license (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
