Key Responsibilities:
- Quotations & Invoicing:
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for renovation projects based on project scope and client requirements.
- Generate invoices for completed or ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with company policies and agreed-upon payment schedules.
- Track and follow up on pending payments from clients, ensuring timely collection and updating the records.
- Client Communication:
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries regarding quotations, project updates, and billing.
- Ensure professional and prompt communication with clients regarding any adjustments or clarifications related to quotes and invoices.
- Documentation & Records Management:
- Maintain organized records of all quotations, invoices, and related documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts and other necessary documentation for project initiation.
- Office Administration:
- Support the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and project timelines.
- Manage and order office supplies, and ensure the workspace is maintained efficiently.
- Coordination with Teams:
- Liaise with the project management and accounting departments to ensure consistency between quotes, invoices, and actual project work.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for price quotations of materials and services required for ongoing renovation projects.
Job Types: Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
