Roles and Responsibilities

  • To provide administrative support to the admin department and ensure smooth running of the office administration.
  • Effectively communicate and provide excellent support to customer via telephone / face to face / that walk in to the office.
  • To arrange and coordinate logistics for on time deliveries to all customers and ensure product quality meets customers expectation.
  • Involve in the company event such as exhibition to promote our brand to customer.
  • Provide customer support related to marketing promotions, products, or services when required.
  • To provide administrative support to the admin department and ensure smooth running of the office administration such as filing, data entry, answering phones, and scheduling meetings.
  • Have a good communication towards clients and maintain good customer relationship.
  • Take a proactive approach in planning and executing marketing plans and developing sales campaigns to enhance overall sales performance. • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Develop good rapport with press, business associates, and government agency to promote company’s brand, products and services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
  • Shall do ad-hoc task and ability to work independent and under pressure. Job

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field
  • A car license is a MUST and willing to travel.
  • Proficient in spoken & written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Knowledge of marketing techniques and tools, including digital marketing and social media.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and self-motivated.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
  • Prefer can start immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
