To complete call schedule assigned to and follow the 8 steps calls of sales practices.
To achieve sales target accordingly (sales value and volume).
Follow up ageing of customer (payment collection) and market return issues.
To manage outlet execution, promotion, merchandising activities (SOS, FiFo, Secondary display) .
To execute all trade activities plan by HQ. To track promotion compliance/ stock level tracking/issue at outlet & feedback to immediate superior.
To regularly review the market return situation and recommend action as necessary.
Constantly share/update management with all competitive activities within outlets covered.
To minimize outlet OOS issues/improve OSA.
Build and maintain customer relationships at store level and providing customers with excellent service and support.
To cooperate with various related departments and close follow up with KAD.
New product penetration/promotion seed in/festive seed in.
Retrieve PO from system/process order without delay.
Any other duties, as and when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma in any related fields.
At least 3 – 5 Years of experience in sales area, preferably in Modern Trade.
Area covered: Johor Bahru, Pontian, Kota Tinggi, Kulai, Mersing, Kluang and Batu Pahat
Computer literate i.e., MS Word, MS Excel, software application.
Good communication & leadership skills, able to direct a sales team towards sales target

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
