DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Record keeping of all documents such as specification procedures, inspection schedule and records, surveillance report, inspection release notice and quality records book with numbering system according to project filing procedure.

2. Handling of all QC engineering documents (where applicable)

3. Maintain project documents and ensure that accurate information is distributed throughout an organisation, on time, to the people who need it.

4. Ensures the accuracy, consistency and reliability of documents created within a company.

5. Ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements and standards

6. Maintain record archives, reviewing them for accuracy and relevance.

7. Handle the official altering of documents through change requests (CR) and document change orders (DCOs)

8. Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor Degree in either Business Management, Science Engineering or Computer Science Engineering or any other filed relevant to the job offer
  • Preferably 2 - 5 years of experiences from related field
  • Matured and pleasant personality
  • Ability to manage and efficiently complete multiple tasks on time
  • Good interpersonal teamwork and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
