Job Responsibility
· Assist regional manager in managing all business development activities.
· Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of customers through a range of communication channels (Email, Live Chat, Calls etc.)
· Gather feedback from customers, observe front-line issues such as application failure, payment issues, product enquires and clarifications etc, and report promptly to supervisor.
· Assist manager to complete the daily/weekly/monthly report.
· Tracking and support post-sales service to clients.
· Ensure payment records are accurate and up-to-date.
· To perform other duties when required by management
Job Requirement
· SPM level & above
· Fresh grad acceptable
· Proficiency in using Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
· Customer-orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to communicate results to management and in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
