TC Subaru is the leading authorized dealer of all Subaru vehicles in Malaysia & we have been in the business of selling, servicing & repairing Subaru passenger car sales. We also provide the full range of after Sales Services from regular car Servicing to repairs (both minor & major), including all body & paintwork services, as & when our customers require it.

Our full range of services includes Subaru insurance services to new & existing customers. These services come with every branch we have located in Petaling Jaya, Cheras, Penang, & Johor Bahru. In short, we seek to be a one-stop centre delivering the best services to our customers ranging from Sales, Service, Body & Paint and right up to insurance, where necessary.

We aims to be Operation Excellence Centre to implement and standardize best practices and processes (Quality, Cost and Time) while allowing positive changes to be made based on its effectiveness and practicality in different countries. You will be supporting the process improvement for the Service Centre in Malaysia.

As we intend to expand & improve on our business, our company is currently looking for a suitably qualified Aftersales Manager for our branch in Petaling Jaya.

Job responsibilities:

  • Service Operations & Customer Satisfaction: Ensure smooth service reception operations, monitor job cards, payments, and customer complaints. Maintain high-quality service standards and address customer issues as per company guidelines.
  • Workshop & Inventory Management: Supervise workshop inventory, tools, and spare parts to prevent loss, ensure availability of quick service parts, and maintain tools in good condition. Conduct regular tool audits and monitor special tool requirements.
  • Staff Supervision & Compliance: Oversee aftersales staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and productivity targets. Provide training and motivation to boost performance, and ensure timely job completion and compliance with warranty policies.
  • Reporting & Financial Management: Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and warranty-related reports. Manage financial aspects, including revenue tracking, payment processing, and minimizing work-in-progress (WIP) delays. Ensure timely submission of repair orders and invoices to finance.
  • Continuous Improvement & Safety: Implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency, monitor special requests from management, and recommend new tools and equipment. Ensure safety compliance in the workplace and manage warranty parts disposal as per SOP

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, with Automotive or any field.
  • At least five (5) years working experience in handling workshop and after sales industry.
  • Must be hands on, details oriented and dedicated.
  • Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of people to address arising issues.
  • Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia language
  • Strong industry knowledge and leadership quantities, high level of persistence
