The HR & Admin Officer shall be responsible for but not limited to:
- Assist in full cycle recruitment and onboarding process to meet the diverse business and operation requirements.
- Coordinate the onboarding process of the new candidate including conducting new staff orientation.
- Propose new ideas for staff engagement activities in leading to a highly motivated and engaging workforce.
- Responsible for monthly payroll functions that include preparation & processing monthly payroll. Maintain employee payroll information by entering and updating relevant data which includes new joiners, resignations, transfers, increments, promotions and etc.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee’s files, records and documentation.
- Engage with internal departments to source and organize training that achieve defined learning outcomes.
- Ensure all training documentation including individual training records is properly maintained.
- Monitor the HRDC claims submissions process & track the HRDC utilization to ensure optimum usage.
- Keep track of staff confirmation, and monitor staff contract’s expiry renewals and other employment-related due dates.
- Assist in the performance appraisal cycle.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent.
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in Human Resources in HR Generalist roles / tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity for teamwork as well as working individually.
- Resourceful, problem-solving and organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
