Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and process payroll for staff, including statutory payments such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, and HRDF.
- Liaise with local authorities regarding all statutory regulations and all labor-related matters.
- Maintain and update employee files, leave records, attendance, and other HR documents.
- Track and monitor employee attendance and absenteeism.
- Address and report on disciplinary and grievance issues to the HR Manager.
- Prepare and submit required monthly and yearly reports, and handle correspondences related to employment, confirmations, transfers, promotions, terminations, and other HR matters.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with subsidiary HR teams for group reporting and analysis.
- Prepare yearly E form and EA forms for employees.
- Coordinating training programs for employees and monitoring employees' training progress.
- Manage annual training plans and HRDF grant applications, submissions & claims.
- Responsible for sourcing, screening, and interview arrangement along with documentation.
- Conducting on-boarding and off-boarding processes of employees.
- In charge of foreign workers administration such as work permit application & renewal, passport renewal, check out memo, purchase of flight ticket, purchase of insurance, support in FOMEMA arrangement, and checking of hostel.
- Any other related task assigned to you from time to time by your superior.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or higher education in the related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skill
