Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and process payroll for staff, including statutory payments such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, and HRDF.
  • Liaise with local authorities regarding all statutory regulations and all labor-related matters.
  • Maintain and update employee files, leave records, attendance, and other HR documents.
  • Track and monitor employee attendance and absenteeism.
  • Address and report on disciplinary and grievance issues to the HR Manager.
  • Prepare and submit required monthly and yearly reports, and handle correspondences related to employment, confirmations, transfers, promotions, terminations, and other HR matters.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with subsidiary HR teams for group reporting and analysis.
  • Prepare yearly E form and EA forms for employees.
  • Coordinating training programs for employees and monitoring employees' training progress.
  • Manage annual training plans and HRDF grant applications, submissions & claims.
  • Responsible for sourcing, screening, and interview arrangement along with documentation.
  • Conducting on-boarding and off-boarding processes of employees.
  • In charge of foreign workers administration such as work permit application & renewal, passport renewal, check out memo, purchase of flight ticket, purchase of insurance, support in FOMEMA arrangement, and checking of hostel.
  • Any other related task assigned to you from time to time by your superior.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or higher education in the related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skill
