JOB Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to General Manager, including managing daily tasks, responding to urgent matters, and maintaining effective communication outside of regular working
- Manage the schedule of General Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials,meeting minutes and documenting meeting proceedings.
- Effective communication with internal teams as well as external clients and suppliers is required.
- Act as a liaison between General Manager and internal teams, subordinates, and other relevant parties, conveying directives, instructions, and tasks, and providing regular updates on task statuses.
- Assist the General Manager in handling legal and financial documents
- Attend external meetings and events as required, which may include out-of-state travel.
- Handle any special tasks and ad-hoc responsibilities.
- Responsible for managing and updating company systems, ensuring their proper functioning, and regular meetings with system administrators.
- Assist in handling customer service matters, including motorcycle sales and service assistance.

Requirements:
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to keep up with dynamic situations
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels.
- Fluency in English will be advantage .

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
