  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description

  • Oversees the work of housekeeping, linen and assist work order. Ensure the Rehab Centre buildings, and other facilities are kept clean and tidy. They enforce staff compliance with established safety and sanitation policies.
  • Investigate and address complaints about housekeeping and linen services.
  • Establish, educate, and enforce cleanliness and hygiene standards for staff.
  • Manage work orders, monitor the condition of company assets, and work closely with contractors and vendors.
  • Respond to customer complaints, fulfill special requests, and maintain professional customer service standards, including proper document filing.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma
  • At least 5 years’ experience as Support Service Supervisor in a healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Understands the principles behind providing excellent customer service to customers or patients
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
