Job Scope:
1. Handle all incoming calls related to general customer inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other issues related to the company's products
2. Manage daily sales activities, including handling door-to-door customers, phone calls, sales inquiries from potential buyers, emails, website inquiries
3. Check orders and invoices for accuracy
4. Contact customers for missing information or to answer inquiries
5. Update sales and customer records
6. Exceed customer expectations in terms of customer service and accurate information.
7. Prepare booking reports for internal and external reference.
8. Follow up payment with customers
9. Answer customer questions about product and service benefits
10. Handling email, messaging, social media networking and portal requests.
11. To perform any other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time
12. Plan, assist and participate in the company's projects, activities, exhibitions, etc.
13. Develop new potential customers and business opportunities
14. Plan, prepare and execute all marketing materials, project videos, scale models, online marketing and social media materials and channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.)

Education:
SPM/STPM (Preferred)
Diploma (any related field) (Preferred)
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kulai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer support: 1 year (Preferred)
