Jobscope :-

Account Receivable

a) Update cash book on daily basis and make sure tally with bank statement

b) Check every transaction (cash in), make sure all transaction have Official Receipt.

c) By end of the month make sure General Ledger bank tally with Bank statement end balance.

d) Update Excel as required and key in OR payment in autocount.

Account Payable

a) Schedule payment based on planning

b) Make sure all Account Payable transaction key in into Autocount system

c) By end of the month make sure General Ledger bank tally with Bank statement end balance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM1,359.74 - RM1,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
