  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are hiring for Customer Service (Digital Banking) - Phileo Damansara, Petaling Jaya (Nearby MRT Phileo Damansara)

Basic Salary:- RM2600 - RM3500 (English Speaker) ,
RM2600 - RM4000 (Mandarin Speaker)
Shift Allowance: RM300
Quarterly KPI Allowance: RM400 - RM1800
Language Allowance: RM500 (Applicable for Mandarin Speaker only)

Responsibilities:-

  • Answering incoming calls, responding to live chat inquiries, and emails from customers related to digital banking products and services professionally and courteously.
  • Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues related to digital banking products and services.
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively support customer need.
  • Assisting customers with online banking, mobile banking, and other digital banking related inquiries.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
