QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred).
  • At least 10-15 years of proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business development, and operational management.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and overseeing large-scale projects.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
