Job Description:
- To provide general secretarial duties such as manage meeting schedules, reports, call screening, travel arrangements and any other administrative matters
- To coordinate and interact with HODs on internal and external operation issues to ensure smooth running of business
- To assist in performing office administration function including sourcing, purchasing, delivery arrangement, invoicing billings, letters issuance, emails and etc.
- Assisting in organizing Company’s special events or Company’s activities and etc.
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary at ad-hoc basis
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Alertness and attention to detail, proactive, multi-tasking abilities and accountability
- A committed team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle multi-task assignment, good sense of urgency and able to meet tight deadlines
Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
