Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the efficiency of the team operations.
  • ⁠Monitor project team attendance
  • Request quotation, issue PO to subcontractor and assist to process subcontractor payment.
  • Assist in a variety of administrative tasks associated with project team management to ensure the seamless execution of projects (example: work method statement, T&C form etc)
  • Establish and maintain an orderly filing system for all project-related correspondence and documents, ensuring easy retrieval and organization.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up on payment, project process to process and record documents in a timely manner, by email or phone messages or calls.
  • Accurately record and document discussions and decisions made during project meetings in meeting minutes.
  • Undertake additional ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
  • Must be able to follow instructions well.

Requirement:

  • At least Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of clerical working experience in construction industry.
  • Computer literacy and well-versed in Microsoft Office applications.
  • ⁠Knowledge/experienced in AutoCAD is an added advantage.
  • Good track record of responsibility, resourceful and able to work independently.
  • Reliable, a team player and able to multitask.
  • Office based: Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
  • Open for Malaysian only.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
