Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure the efficiency of the team operations.
- Monitor project team attendance
- Request quotation, issue PO to subcontractor and assist to process subcontractor payment.
- Assist in a variety of administrative tasks associated with project team management to ensure the seamless execution of projects (example: work method statement, T&C form etc)
- Establish and maintain an orderly filing system for all project-related correspondence and documents, ensuring easy retrieval and organization.
- Ensure consistent follow-up on payment, project process to process and record documents in a timely manner, by email or phone messages or calls.
- Accurately record and document discussions and decisions made during project meetings in meeting minutes.
- Undertake additional ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
- Must be able to follow instructions well.
Requirement:
- At least Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of clerical working experience in construction industry.
- Computer literacy and well-versed in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge/experienced in AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Good track record of responsibility, resourceful and able to work independently.
- Reliable, a team player and able to multitask.
- Office based: Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
- Open for Malaysian only.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
