Finance Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing the financial well-being of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, strategy development, and risk management. As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, providing strategic insights, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement financial plans and strategies aligned with organizational goals.

2. Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements to senior management and stakeholders.

3. Assess and mitigate potential financial risks, implementing effective risk management strategies.

4. Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and short-term investments.

5. Devise tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

7. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions and identify areas for improvement.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.

9. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and effective internal controls.

10 Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management, contributing to strategic decision-making processes.

11. Willing to work long hours when required, especially during payment/ salary cycle/ company auditing financial year closing.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree and professional certifications such as ACCA, CAT are a plus).

2. Proven experience in a similar finance role.

3. Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.

4. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
