  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservation Agent at Holiday Inn Johor Bahru City Centre. The Reservation Agent will be responsible for phone etiquette, managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, handling communication with guests, and performing receptionist duties.

Qualifications

  • Phone Etiquette, Customer Service, and Communication skills
  • Experience in making reservations and handling receptionist duties
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is a plus
  • Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
