Role Description

1. Act as the local team lead, take full responsibility of team's service delivery targets;

2. As service expert, guide and help employees to improve their skills;

3. Report to CS regional manager, dealing with case escalation, problem-solving and process improvement;

4. Establish, localize and implement policies and standards incl. employee discipline, performance evaluation, shifts&attendance management, training plan etc.;

5. Build positive team culture and core values;

6. Complete other tasks assigned by regional manager.

Qualifications

1. With at least 1 year working as the team lead in CS/PS team, preferably in game/telecommunication/internet service etc. industry.

2. Bachelor degree or above;

3. Competency in writing, analysis, communication and presentation skill, and proficiency in Microsoft office;

4. Willing to take pressure and embrace change, with high commitment in execution;

5. Minimum 3 years' working experience.
