What Will You Do?

As our HR Intern, you will be part of the heart and soul of the company – the People & Culture team – responsible for nurturing, managing, and expanding our most valuable resource: our people. From Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and Performance Monitoring to Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, you will have hands-on involvement in various aspects of Human Resources. Working closely with our team, you will help create a vibrant company culture that attracts, develops, and retains passionate individuals who embody our values.

This role provides real-world experience in everything from sourcing new talent to engaging employees across HQ and our properties. You’ll assist in the development and delivery of training programs, onboarding processes, and cultural initiatives that foster excellence and inspiration. Together with the team, you will help us build an environment where employees feel valued and motivated to contribute to our continued growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Assist in recruiting talented individuals across all levels. Use creative channels to attract candidates who are aligned with our values and vision.
  • Performance & Talent Management: Support tracking of performance reviews, engagement initiatives, and training programs to ensure that employees excel at every stage.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Help plan and implement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with the team to position us as an employer of choice through content creation and digital presence.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate employee records, assist with HR documentation, and ensure smooth coordination for recruitment and onboarding activities.

  • Social media savvy, with an eye for engaging content.
  • Creative skills in photography or graphic design (a bonus!).
  • Positive attitude with excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
