As an L&D Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our future by driving talent development and fostering a culture of continuous learning. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs that align with our strategic objectives.

  • Training Program Management: Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), manage training service providers, and ensure the quality and return on investment of training initiatives.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Standardize forms, templates, and reports for Learning and Development (L&D) and workforce administration. Generate comprehensive reports on training effectiveness, course completion rates, and other relevant metrics.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HRBPs, department heads, and functional units to identify training needs and develop tailored programs that align with organizational goals.
  • Talent Development: Manage career fairs, internships, Management Associates (MA) programs, and Further Education Sponsorship (FES) schemes to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in HR operations, identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Governance and Compliance: Assist with internal and external audits and ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
  • HR Support: Contribute to recruitment, organizational design, grading, and other HR activities as needed.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Proven experience in L&D or HR Shared Services within a matrix organization.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and talent management frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across various levels of the organization.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of L&D professionals, inspiring and motivating them to achieve their best.
