Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management: Create and publish content, engage with followers, and analyze performance across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
2. Content Creation: Develop marketing materials and presentations that align with the organization’s branding.
3. Website Management: Update and maintain the website, ensuring engaging and relevant content.
4. Visual Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of visual assets.
5. Support PR and Communications: Assist with media relations, press releases, and event coordination, and track media coverage.
6. Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with teams to execute marketing campaigns and engage external partners.
7. Research and Insights: Stay informed on marketing trends and provide recommendations for content strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Over three (3) years of experience in digital marketing or social media.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools and presentation software.
• Strong communication skills and a creative mindset.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and metrics.
• Passion for sustainability and social impact.
• MUST be able to be flexible in working on weekends (for campaigns and other events)
