Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for visual design and creative planning of online marketing activities and user growth.
- Independently completed the main visual design of related requirements, including Banner, H5, web page and other content design, and summarized and sorted out the specifications.
- Responsible for template design of routine online activities, sorting out norms and improving activity operation efficiency.
- Participate in the discussion of activity plans, propose effective design solutions, deeply understand the business objectives, formulate and output effective design plans, and efficiently promote cross-department cooperation for implementation.
Job requirements:
- Design experience: more than 3 years of experience in Internet activity operation design. Experience in overseas activity operation design is preferred.
- Design skills: familiar with basic web design specifications of the mobile terminal, H5 and PC; proficient in PS, Al, AE, Sketch, figma and other tools; familiar with C4D, illustration and animation skills is preferred.
- Design literacy: solid design basic knowledge and execution ability, self-aesthetic ability, pay attention to design hot spots and fashion trends.
- Personal quality: excellent organization and coordination ability and remote communication ability, strong sense of responsibility, strong self-driving force, good pressure resistance, good at observation, learning and summary.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese will be highly advantageous.
