Key Responsibilities
End-User Support: Provide technical assistance to end-users by resolving issues related to access issues, password and MFA setup, Microsoft Products, Windows OS, laptop and printer setup.
Ticket Management: Attend to IT support tickets through Jira Service Management, diagnose issues, and lead to resolution.
Documentation: Write and maintain knowledge articles to help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the support process.
Remote and On-Site Support: Offer support both remotely and on-site as required, ensuring minimal disruption to end-user productivity.
Hardware Support: Troubleshoot and repair laptop hardware issues, including memory upgrades, hard drive replacements, and other hardware-related tasks.
Printer Setup and Configuration: Assist in the installation and configuration of printers, ensuring they are fully operational for end-users.
Learning Opportunity: Gain exposure to Microsoft 365 administration, enhancing your understanding of identity and access management.
