Job Description
- Befriend customers for them to trust you and take your advice. Their feedback would be the best solution to improve our company's progress as well as our products.
- Maintain a positive, empathic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolved within a time limit.
- Communicating with customers through various support.
- Work with the customer service manager to ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Coordinate and participate in company events/programs/projects.
- Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.
Requirements
- An outgoing and friendly person who enjoys talking with people.
- Can read and speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- With a "getting things done" attitude.
- Go the extra mile to engage with customers.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure.
- Attentiveness.
- Able to work in 7-day shifts (9 am-5 pm) with granted 2 off days per week.
- Final Year student who is in their final semester only.
- Malaysian only.
- Minimum 3 months of internship.
Allowance : RM700.00 per month
