Job Description

  1. Befriend customers for them to trust you and take your advice. Their feedback would be the best solution to improve our company's progress as well as our products.
  2. Maintain a positive, empathic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  3. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolved within a time limit.
  4. Communicating with customers through various support.
  5. Work with the customer service manager to ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  6. Coordinate and participate in company events/programs/projects.
  7. Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.

Requirements

  1. An outgoing and friendly person who enjoys talking with people.
  2. Can read and speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  3. With a "getting things done" attitude.
  4. Go the extra mile to engage with customers.
  5. Ability to Work Under Pressure.
  6. Attentiveness.
  7. Able to work in 7-day shifts (9 am-5 pm) with granted 2 off days per week.
  8. Final Year student who is in their final semester only.
  9. Malaysian only.
  10. Minimum 3 months of internship.

Allowance : RM700.00 per month
