Job Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms).
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
- Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to the Department.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure alignment with company hiring goals.
- Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment drives.

- BachelorĂ¢s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Bahasa
