Investor Relations Associate

Job Description:

Content Creation & Distribution:

• Write, edit, and review media content, press releases, and communication materials.
• Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring timely content delivery by coordinating with internal and external teams.
• Produce engaging articles on company products, services, and industry insights.

Media & Public Relations:

• Liaise with investor and PR agencies for smooth communication.
• Build and maintain relationships with global and regional media outlets to enhance brand awareness.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Assist in preparing presentations and communication materials for stakeholders.
• Manage media interactions, including press inquiries, interviews, media kits, and speeches.

Crisis Communication & Reputation Management:

• Develop strategies to handle negative press and manage the company’s reputation proactively.

Digital Marketing & Channel Management:

• Oversee social media, newsletters, and email marketing to maximize brand exposure.
• Ensure marketing content aligns with brand guidelines and work with vendors to maintain quality.

Requirement:

• Degree Holder in Communications/ Business.
• Strong writing, editing and communication skills
• Able to communicate effectively, particularly in written and spoken English.
• Financial literate will be an added advantage.
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Analytical, independent, self-motivated, service-oriented, organized, and a team player.
