  • Process and review claims within the terms and conditions of coverage and within specified authority limit & benchmarks (TATs/SLA);
  • Manage customer feedback, enquiries and complaints through salesforce and other channels both promptly and effectively within designated timelines whilst providing a feasible resolution through established departmental processes and procedures;
  • Work closely with the Finance team on the reimbursement and transfer of money to relevant department.
  • Assist the Customer Care team on administrative tasks as part of the services provided to customers.
  • Manage administrative task assignments within the team to ensure all tasks are attended.
  • Provide support to clients in terms of reporting, handling clients’ inquiries and issues via support tickets.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; At least 1 year(s) of Insurance Claim processing working experience in Insurance Company would be an advantage
