Salary: RM1,500- RM2,300
Working Days: Monday - Friday ( 10.00 AM - 7.00 PM ) Saturday (9.00AM - 1.00PM)
Location: Jalan Plumbum P7/P seksyen 7, 40000 Shah Alam Selangor
Job Description:
1) Make proactive outbound calls to potential customers to upsell educational products and services, ensuring a strong understanding of their needs.
2) Follow up on leads provided by the company to convert inquiries into sales, maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects.
3) Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and personalized service.
4) Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress towards sales targets in the CRM system.
5) Work closely with team members to share best practices, strategies, and insights for achieving sales goals.
6) Stay updated on the company's products, market trends, and competitive landscape to effectively address customer inquiries and provide informed recommendations.
7) Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly and effectively.
8) Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company, demonstrating a commitment to achieving results.
9) Actively participate in sales team meetings, training sessions, and strategy workshops to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
