Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products/services and assess their needs.
Work with sales and marketing teams to familiarize with the latest packages.
Meet monthly sales goals to support company growth objectives.
Maintain high service standards during client interactions.
Cultivate both existing and new accounts, their potential, needs and requirements and providing solutions.
Develop your selling and customer service skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Assist in service center for serving customers in renewal / purchase of products / new sales.
To work closely with the respective team members and liaise with them on a daily basis to organize workload accordingly.

Minimum Certificate / Diploma
No prior experience needed, but any experience in sales or related field would be a plus.
Pro-active, aggressive, result-oriented and key player.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Candidates who are fluent in English & Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Working hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm), Saturday (9am - 1pm)
