- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products/services and assess their needs.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to familiarize with the latest packages.
- Meet monthly sales goals to support company growth objectives.
- Maintain high service standards during client interactions.
- Cultivate both existing and new accounts, their potential, needs and requirements and providing solutions.
- Develop your selling and customer service skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Assist in service center for serving customers in renewal / purchase of products / new sales.
- To work closely with the respective team members and liaise with them on a daily basis to organize workload accordingly.
- Minimum Certificate / Diploma
- No prior experience needed, but any experience in sales or related field would be a plus.
- Pro-active, aggressive, result-oriented and key player.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates who are fluent in English & Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Working hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm), Saturday (9am - 1pm)
