- 1. Bookeeping claim forms
- 2. Check and attend suppliers
- 3. Run reports on credit and debit to explain with the account dept
- 4. Prepare official receipt and invoice
- 5. Project a friendly welcoming attitude to all staff and visitors
- 6. Shopping list to check and proceed booking.
